北京大学信息工程学院副教授,特聘研究员。现任电气与电子工程师协会IEEE高级会员、IEEE工业电子学会MEMS与纳米技术委员会委员,曾任国际会议IECON 2020传感器分会共同主席。博士毕业于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学,硕士毕业于英国爱丁堡大学(优等),本科毕业于南开大学。长期从事高性能传感器接口电路芯片、高性能模拟电路芯片和混合信号芯片的学术研究和产业化工作。研究成果曾多次发表在集成电路和传感器领域的国际顶级期刊和会议上(JSSC, ISSCC, TRANSDUCERS, ESSCIRC)。2017年至2021年在恩智浦半导体公司(NXP Semiconductors)荷兰总部个人健康与物联网事业部担任资深研发工程师,主持恩智浦公司多项核心产品研发项目,获批多项国际专利,所有产品均成功实现商业化。2021年回国加入北京大学信息工程学院,目前的研究工作专注于智能物联网和智能家居中的高性能模拟和混合信号芯片,着重研究CMOS工艺下的全集成式智能传感器芯片、高精度模拟电路、以及高性能模拟和数字转换芯片。
